We have two options for delivery within the UK.
Express delivery takes an estimated 1-2 working days.
Standard delivery an estimated 3-4 working days.

For international orders we use Royal Mail, Fedex, UPS and DPD.
For the USA & Canada estimated delivery is 5-7 working days.
For the rest of the world estimated delivery is 7-9 working days.

If a delivery address is entered incorrect or incomplete, where possible we will attempt to advise the courier in order to amend it. For international orders in particular, we are often unable to have the order returned to us if the address is incorrect/incomplete and the courier is unable to amend the address.

In any situation where the courier is unable to deliver the order due to an incorrect/incomplete address or amend it, we are unfortunately unable to refund the order.

Please note, that once you make a purchase your email address will be used to update you about your order and for furhter communication regarding The Azharis.

Items can be returned for a full refund of the item value (excluding any shipping charges), as long as:
- They are returned within 10 days of receiving the item
AND
- The item is undamaged and in a sellable condition.
Unless the product is defective, the cost of returning the item will need to be covered by the customer.

Please note that the shipping delivery dates are estimates as per the courrier (Usually Royal Mail). Any delays that unfortunately do happen are therefore outside of our control. Please note that we are very sorry for any inconvenience, but any delays to delivery do not automatically result in a refund.
